Manaslu Circuit Trekking Permit

The area around Manaslu is restricted, so each party must obtain a permit, register with a trekking agency, and be accompanied by a licensed guide. A minimum of two people are required to obtain the trekking permit via the area. For the first seven days of the special permit in September to November, you pay $100 plus $15 for each additional day, and for the first seven days in December to August, it costs $75 plus $10 for each other day per person. 

Trekkers must have an Annapurna and Manaslu Conservation area permit from the Nepal Tourism Board at the cost of Nrs 3000 per person, including 13% vat for each region.

The mighty Mountain of Manaslu is known for its towering height of 8163m, which is the 8th highest peak in the world. Transportation Route for Manaslu Circuit Trekking

While trekking with Nepal Lion Treks, we will arrange all the transportation necessary for a lavish trip. At the beginning of the trip, we will arrange a morning bus from the capital city, Kathmandu. This bus will take from Kathmandu to Macchakhola in about 9 hours.

From there we will be switching into a jeep to reach Besisahar. The trek starts from here. After ending the trek. We will be returning to Kathmandu via a bus or Hiace.

During the beginning and ending days of the trip, when you will be in the capital city, you will be staying in a luxurious hotel. However, the trek being in quite a remote area, you will be staying in tea houses.

The trek of Manaslu Circuit is remote when compared to the famous trek at Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp. Thus throughout the trek, this may affect you slowly in various ways.
